I'm an architect turned product designer
Based in Florianópolis, Brazil
Looking for remote work
I'm a curious, self driven product designer with a background in interior decoration and art direction who is passionate about user-centered design and creating solutions that are useful, valuable and visually pleasing.
Over my time working in UX/UI I've developed engaging user-focused solutions for user-level behavioral data, real-estate and logistics products.
I’m enthusiastic about working in multi-disciplinary teams, as it's a great way to exchange ideas and, together, build the best possible solution for the user's happiness and satisfaction.
How I got into design
I graduated in Architecture and Urban Planning in 2017 and as soon as college was over I landed a job in creating CGI décor content through an in-house developed software at Accenture Song (previous CreativeDrive). During this period, as a user and a curious person, I started to pay more and more attention to digital products and how they were conceived.
Given my willingness to transition careers to this field, a friend of mine - already working in UX - reached out and together we decided to bring the organization Ladies that UX to our city, Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil.
I was one of the three Chapter Leaders and one of the two founders of Ladies that UX Florianópolis for two years (2019 - 2021) in which I helped structure the organization in the city and build a community of real women who are interested in UX and the technology market.
In parallel to that I was also dedicating time to study UX/UI design through online courses - specially after the pandemic hit - and managed to transition my career from Architect to Product Designer in April of 2021.
I worked for a little over a year at JungleDevs - a former software house - and ever since July 2022 I've been working at Diálogo Logística Inteligente, developing products in the logistic field.

What I do in my free time
When I'm not working in design you can find me reading, studying, discovering random fun facts, meeting and chatting with friends, or trying to improve myself personally.
